Shipping policy
Our jewelry is handmade in Lima, Peru and production/processing times vary and are listed within each products description.
For ready to ship pieces, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus shipping time. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a shipping confirmation email, this will include the tracking number for your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the tracking link provided.
Bespoke pieces require 2–4 weeks to ship. This period allows for a personalized design consultation, gemstone sourcing, custom CAD rendering, and production of your one-of-a-kind piece.
All orders are shipped internationally through DHL Express Worldwide (3-5 business days). Orders valued at $600 or more are eligible for complimentary shipping for America, while orders below this threshold incur a shipping fee of $19.99 or $29.99 for other parts of the world.
illa jewelry does not cover any duties, taxes or associated handling fees which may be applied to your order by your local government. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any orders that are stuck in customs clearance.
Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout as we are unable to reroute shipments. Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email for any questions related to delivery.
