Refund policy

If your purchase from illa doesn't fully meet your expectations, we offer the possibility to return non-custom and non-preorder items for a refund. Please initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your item by reaching out to us at hi@illajewelry.com. 

Upon our email confirmation, kindly return your item in its original state. Please be aware that you are responsible for the international return shipping and handling costs, which are not refundable, except in cases where we’ve made a mistake. 

illa cannot take responsibility for items damaged through wear and tear, or for pieces altered or repaired by another jeweler. We also reserve the right to reject returns that don’t comply with our guidelines.
