Every Illa piece begins at a table in Lima.
That’s where our designs are drawn, where metal is cast and shaped, and where stones are set by hand, one at a time. We design everything in-house, and our artisans work just a few steps from where each piece is imagined.
A team rooted in craft
Our artisans bring 30 years of experience and Peru’s long tradition of metalwork to every piece, pairing it with the clean, modern lines that define Illa. Between them they cover every stage of the work: jewelers, stone setters, casters and finishers, each a specialist in their part of the process.
From sketch to final polish
A single Illa piece passes through several pairs of hands before it reaches yours. It starts as a sketch, takes shape in metal, has its stones set by hand, and is finished and polished until every detail is right. Nothing is rushed, and nothing leaves our studio until it meets our standard.
Made the right way
For us, how a piece is made matters as much as how it looks. We source our materials responsibly, and we make sure everyone involved in our work is treated fairly and with respect. Ethical practice is part of how we make jewelry, not something added on afterward.
